FinTop Consulting is a prestigious accounting firm based in West London, known for its strong reputation in the industry. We are seeking an Account Portfolio Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing our client relationships and driving business growth.

About the Role

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of client accounts, providing expert financial advice, and overseeing tax compliance. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a proactive approach to managing relationships and a strong understanding of both financial advisory and tax requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high standards of service and client satisfaction.
  • Provide expert financial advice, including tax planning and compliance services, to clients.
  • Oversee the preparation and submission of tax returns and related documentation.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing strategic advice to support their financial goals.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to grow your client portfolio.
  • Ensure that clients are fully informed on relevant tax matters and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with senior management and other teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years experience in account management within a practice or accounting firm.
  • ICAEW, ACCA, CIMA, or other relevant accounting certifications (or equivalent professional qualification).
  • Proven experience in tax advising and financial planning.
  • Demonstrable fee-generating experience, with a strong focus on business development.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, you can expect a range of benefits, including health insurance, pension scheme, and annual leave.
