Job Title: Quantity Surveyor

Advantage RSK Ltd is a leading organization in the field of quantity surveying, with a strong focus on major project delivery, transformation, and commercial management. We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pre-and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost checking and valuation.
  • Support the project team with tendering and procuring, including managing the pre-qualification stage and producing tender reports.
  • Take personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects.
  • Support the Commercial Manager or other members of the project team with managing client expectations and priorities.
  • Manage financial and commercial delivery of contracts, including preparing applications for payment and managing cash and collection.
Person Specification:
  • Previous experience of pre-and post-contract quantity surveying duties.
  • BSc (Hons) degree accredited by RICS, or equivalent degree.
  • Professionally qualified (or working towards membership) with RICS, CIArb, or CIOB.
  • Full UK Driving licence.
Salary and Benefits:
  • Salary up to £70,000.
