About the Role

We are seeking an Admissions Officer to join our team at Kaplan International Pathways. As an Admissions Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the admissions process and providing excellent customer service to our students.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the admissions team, including processing applications and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communicate with students and parents to provide information and support throughout the admissions process.
  • Work closely with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of internal and external admissions policies and procedures.
  • Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and colleagues.
