Board International is seeking a highly talented, self-motivated, and analytically-minded Senior Business Planning Expert focused on Supply Chain Optimization (SCO) to join our Pre-Sales team.

This role will focus on Board's Manufacturing industry segment in the UK, covering core industries such as Discrete Manufacturing, Pharma, and Consumer Goods Packaging. As a Senior Business Planning Expert, you will enjoy helping clients solve complex problems and showcasing how BOARD Solutions and Platform can drive value and efficiency in their businesses.

Your Impact:
  • You will engage with large enterprise prospects to identify areas for improvement, become a trusted business partner, and elevate client practices through efficient use cases.
  • You will partner with industry solution and account executive teams to understand target company challenges.
  • You will provide tailored, strategic presentations and demonstrations to convey BOARD's value proposition.
  • You will contribute to RFP/RFI completion, develop demos, and execute brilliant Board Solution Proof of Concepts/Value for prospects or existing customers within the Core industries.
  • You will assist teammates and partners in fostering knowledge on BOARD Solution and subject expertise.
  • You will create product and solutions awareness in the marketplace.
  • You will ensure a strong technical fit between Board SaaS and client analytical needs.
  • You will document and transition deal knowledge to support successful implementation team handovers.
Your Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in supply chain (presales) capacity and/or supply chain consulting.
  • Proven experience in supply chain planning processes; planning applications are essential.
  • Experience with Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Optimization, and SCO areas is preferred.
  • Ability to demonstrate thought leadership and develop credibility with prospects and existing customers as a trusted advisor in the planning space.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, client relationship, and interpersonal skills – internally and externally.
  • Ability to take a consultative selling approach by listening to customer needs and shaping a shared vision for a solution.
  • Experience with multi-dimensional planning models, BI or Analytics (Board, Anaplan, Pigment, etc).
  • Growth mentality and comfortable challenging old ways of doing things.
