Job Title: Service Delivery Manager

Location: Northwich/Chester, UK

The Leaders Romans Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Delivery Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property management department in Northwich/Chester. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our branch portfolio, providing guidance and support to Property Managers, and driving business growth through strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular morning meetings with the team to discuss ongoing projects and tasks.
  • Support and guide Property Managers on new legislation implementation to ensure compliance and minimize disruptions.
  • Investigate customer complaints and develop effective responses to resolve issues promptly.
  • Coordinate and deliver training sessions to enhance the skills and knowledge of Property Managers.
  • Monitor teams' overdue workflows and provide support to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Enhance service levels to internal and external customers by implementing process improvements and best practices.
  • Work collaboratively with the RPM to implement group projects or initiatives that drive business growth and success.
  • Enforce strategic objectives and ensure alignment with company goals.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
  • Professional telephone manner and organizational skills.
  • Experience leading a small team and proven history working within the property industry.
  • Full UK Driving License Required.
