Job Title: Maintenance Engineer
Location: Hinckley, Leicestershire
Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team at Hammonds Furniture Limited. As a key member of this collaborative team, you will be responsible for ensuring production equipment remains operational for our manufacturing operation.
You will work across both our manufacturing sites in Hinckley, conducting maintenance activities safely and accurately completing relevant information and reports to a high standard.
Main Responsibilities:- Reactive maintenance, proactive maintenance, projects, and inventory control
- Fault finding and resolution within agreed timescales
- Conducting maintenance activities safely and accurately completing relevant information and reports
We require a wealth of experience within a similar role working with CNC/PLC/PC controlled machine tool or process control production equipment. A right first time attitude is paramount for success as well as the ability to read and interpret technical drawings to include PLC, electrical, pneumatic, and mechanical.
You should also have experience in fault finding on Siemens S7 and/or Mitsubishi PLCs. Additionally, you should be apprentice trained or time served in multi-skilled maintenance.
Estimated salary range: £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
