**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Powder Coater to apply powder coatings to a variety of components, ensuring a high-quality finish that meets our stringent quality standards. Experience in wet painting is highly desirable.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Apply powder coatings to components using electrostatic powder coating equipment.

* Operate and maintain powder coating equipment, including ovens and spray booths.

* Prepare surfaces for coating, including cleaning, and masking.

* Ensure components are coated to the correct thickness and finish, adhering to industry and customer specifications.

* Perform quality checks on coated components, using equipment such as Dry Film Thickness (DFT) measurement tools.

**Requirements:**

* Skilled and experienced Powder Coater.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
