Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and caring Deputy Manager to join our Residential Service for Adults with Learning Disabilities and Complex Needs in Llanelli. The successful candidate will have a passion for delivering high-quality care and support, and will be responsible for managing the team and ensuring the safety of service users.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health and Social Care, with experience in managing staff teams and ensuring compliance within the service. They will also be able to encourage independence and support individuals to make their own choices.

As a Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for planning rotas, managing staff teams, and ensuring compliance within the service. You will also be involved in activities such as arts, crafts, gardening, and day trips, and will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge through training and professional qualifications.
