  • Manage a team of 7 staff in the management accounting department.
  • Develop strong relationships with operational business areas to ensure understanding of financial performance.
  • Responsible for ensuring timely reimbursement for services through management of billing and cash collection processes.
  • Act as a deputy to the Head of Finance in matters related to own area of expertise.

The ideal candidate will possess a professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA), experience in managing a team of accountants, and significant post-qualification experience in preparing management accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare management accounts, including budgets and forecasts.
  • Develop and implement accounting policies and processes.
  • Manage billing and cash collection processes.

Requirements:

  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
  • Experience in managing a team of accountants.
