Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Performance Manager to lead and manage a team of Assessors delivering Apprenticeship Standards. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving high performance, quality of delivery, and business growth in line with our client's standards and Apprenticeship strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and motivate a team of Assessors to achieve sustained high performance, quality of delivery, and business growth.
  • Ensure all delivery staff have a clear understanding of their measurable Targets/KPIs and effectively performance manage them to achieve these targets.
  • Develop and nurture your team, carry out regular performance reviews, and ensure team targets are met and/or exceeded.
  • Carry out regular observations of activity, coaching, and ongoing support, including one-to-ones and reviews.
  • Monitor the delivery of Functional Skills qualifications, ensuring learners achieve in a timely manner.
  • Address under-performance and set out clear corrective actions for improvement.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years recent experience of managing and motivating a team of Assessors delivering on Apprenticeship Standards.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills.
