Job Title: Account Executive in Sales

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to lead our retail store team and drive sales growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of achieving sales targets, leading high-performing teams, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve sales targets.
  2. Lead and manage a team of sales associates to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results and improve operational efficiency.
  4. Conduct sales analysis and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Manage inventory, facilities, and cash reconciliation to ensure smooth store operations.
  6. Develop and execute in-store events to drive sales and customer engagement.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform business strategies.

Requirements:

  1. Proven sales management experience in a retail environment.
  2. Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  5. Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  6. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
