The role:

As a member of the leadership team, you will drive corporate finance services, including mergers, acquisitions, and financial advisory for a diverse client base.

As a Corporate Finance Director, you will lead high-profile transactions and support clients in making strategic business decisions, lead key initiatives in mergers, acquisitions, fundraising, and business valuation services.

You will drive strategic financial decisions, guide corporate clients through complex financial challenges, and ensure smooth project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee M&A, valuations, and financial modelling.
  • Manage corporate finance projects end-to-end.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Lead client relationships and business expansion strategies.
