Job Overview

As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and independent lives in their own homes. Your primary responsibility will be to provide personal care, assist with daily tasks, and promote our clients' well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, following individual care plans and ensuring their safety and dignity at all times.
  • Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence.
  • Support clients with their medication and provide assistance with practical tasks such as shopping and housework.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
