**Join Our SEN School Team**

We are seeking a reliable and flexible Teaching Assistant to support our students with Special Educational Needs within the borough of Merton.

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their individual goals, develop lifeskills, and succeed in their academic and personal endeavors.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Support students with SEND in lessons and social time.
  • Assist with schoolwork, homework, and academic progress.
  • Help students develop lifeskills and independence.
  • Manage challenging behaviors and ensure a safe learning environment.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other staff members to provide a comprehensive support system.

**Requirements:**

  • Experience working with students with SEND.
  • Teaching Assistant Level 1 qualification.
  • Experience in a UK school setting.
  • Ability to manage challenging behaviors and work with students with Autism, SEMH, and Challenging behavior.
  • Enhanced DBS check and subscription to the DBS Update Service.
  • Safeguarding qualification or willingness to complete a course provided by our company.
