We are seeking a talented Retail Team Lead to join our team in Bishops Stortford. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, improving store performance, and delivering exceptional customer service.
This is a permanent position working 35 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in retail management, with a proven track record of driving sales growth and improving store performance.
£31,000 - £34,000 per annum
What You'll Do:- To develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth
