Senior Automotive Division Leader

We are seeking a Senior Automotive Division Leader to join our team at Marshall Motor Group. This is a rare opportunity to lead our BMW, MINI, and Motorrad operations and drive growth and performance across 5 locations.
Job Summary:- Lead a diverse team of automotive professionals to achieve high levels of client satisfaction and business performance
- Grow and nurture a high-performance culture, coaching and developing colleagues to enable internal succession and recognize great performance
- Oversight of sales and aftersales departments to maximize performance and explore opportunities for improvement
- Set financial and growth objectives for each business, planning accordingly to ensure profit and product targets are met
- Ensure exceptional levels of client satisfaction through consistent achievement of CSI targets
The successful candidate will require strong leadership skills, a commercially savvy approach, and the ability to navigate barriers to drive results through their teams. They will also need to be up to speed on market trends and insights within the automotive retailing sector.

- Excellent client management skills to build long-lasting relationships and ensure clients are at the heart of activities and outcomes
This role offers a competitive salary of £170,000 - £200,000 basic salary, depending on experience, plus a bonus opportunity of up to 50% based on OEM standards, employee engagement, and business performance.
