Nursing Unit Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Nursing Unit Manager to join our team at one of our care homes in Bristol. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to our residents.
In this challenging and rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to develop and implement person-centred care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents. You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure that our residents receive comprehensive care and support.
To succeed in this role, you will need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with current NMC registration and experience in leading and managing a team of nurses. You will also need to have an up-to-date knowledge of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks.
In return for your dedication and expertise, you will receive a competitive salary of £50,000-£60,000 per annum, plus our sector-leading benefits and rewards package.
Job Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RGN) qualification and current NMC registration
