Director of Legal Affairs

Lucy Group Ltd is a multinational private company based in the UK, with a turnover exceeding £400m. We are looking for a highly skilled Director of Legal Affairs to lead our legal team and provide expert advice on all legal matters.
You will have advanced knowledge of relevant areas of law, including M&A, corporate, property, sales and purchasing commercial contracts, IP, IT, construction, data security and governance, regulatory including international trade controls, anti-bribery and anti-criminal practices, litigation, privacy and competition.
As a senior legal professional, you will be a trusted adviser to the businesses and Group functions, able to work with colleagues at all levels of the business.
Key responsibilities will include advising on complex transactions, managing outside counsel within budgetary constraints, and leading the development and delivery of toolkits and legal awareness training on various issues.
