About the Job

We are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our MASH Team in Milton Keynes. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in section 47 investigations, risk management, and working with partner agencies.

Job Description

This is a challenging yet rewarding role that requires:

  • Conducting section 47 investigations with a clear understanding of the principles and functions of a Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub.
  • Risk management and screening referrals.
  • Able to work autonomously and investigate concerns of neglect.
  • Evidence of analytical skills for positive outcomes within tight timescales.
  • Previous experience working with partner agencies.
Requirements
  • Post-qualifying experience in statutory MASH Social Work teams within the UK.
  • SWRC Registration.
  • 1 year post-qualifying experience in the UK Social Care industry.
  • Enhanced DBS/CRB (arranged by us).
  • Eligibility to work in the UK.
