Job Description:
As a CQC Registered Manager in Health and Social Care, you will be responsible for overseeing the effective management of all aspects of our service. Your primary goal is to ensure the delivery of exceptional care and treatment that meets the unique needs of each individual.
Key Responsibilities:
- To take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the service, guaranteeing compliance with regulatory requirements and legislation.
- To maintain registration as Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission (CQC).
About You:
We're seeking an experienced professional with a QCF (NVQ) Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or an equivalent qualification. Your extensive knowledge of statutory requirements, including Care Quality Commission regulations and outcomes, is essential.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in managing registered care homes.
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations and legislation.
- Valid UK Driving Licence.
