About the Job

As a Junior SAP analyst, you will play a vital role in supporting the SAP system operations and assisting in the implementation of SAP solutions. This position provides an excellent opportunity for growth and development in SAP.

The SAP system is used widely within the firm from accounting and billing to HR functions. You will get to work with and learn from experienced SAP professionals within the firm.

This role will give you a broad overview of an SAP Team and allow the individual to progress their career within an IS role.

Main Responsibilities

  • First point of contact within the SAP Team for helpdesk calls. Work closely with the service desk to ensure processes are followed. Assist with weekly helpdesk meetings.
  • SAP Account maintenance for creating and changing accounts and password resets.
  • Work with the functional team to learn the different areas of SAP such as Finance and Sales and maintain master data through data loads.
  • System monitoring to review performance and flag any potential issues.
  • Review system documentation and update as required.
  • Testing of the system during development and projects.
