About the Job
As a SEN Teaching Support Professional, you will work closely with students in Key Stage 1 or Key Stage 2, providing tailored support in literacy and numeracy. The role involves assisting in the classroom to ensure students remain engaged and meet learning objectives. You will also provide small-group or one-to-one support in numeracy and literacy activities, collaborate with the class teacher to create a positive learning environment, and foster the development of students' social, emotional, and academic skills.
