About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Home Made. As a key member of our sales process, you will be the first point of contact with our potential renters, qualifying warm leads through inbound and outbound calls to understand their needs and match them to their ideal new home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Speaking to prospective renters over the phone to help them find their new home
  • Working through inbound and outbound call lists to identify potential renters
  • Cross-selling properties that fit their needs better
  • Confidently discussing promotions with customers and their benefits
  • Being an expert in each development, able to talk through key components of properties and the local area
  • Working as part of a team to ensure targets are met
  • Booking prospective renters for viewings at a time that suits them

About You:

  • You have a passion for sales and are driven to meet targets
  • You are an excellent communicator with the ability to build rapport with a range of customers
  • You are results-driven and enjoy learning and expanding within the role
  • You have exceptional written and spoken verbal communication skills
