Job Summary:
Aldi is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of Store Manager. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a £multi-million store, inspiring your team to achieve excellence, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Efficiency: Ensure the store operates efficiently, meeting targets for sales, customer service, and cost control.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing guidance and support to achieve business objectives.
- Customer Service: Foster a culture of excellent customer service, ensuring customers receive a positive experience.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities to drive sales growth, improve operational efficiency, and minimize costs.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: Proven track record of leading teams in a fast-paced, stakeholder/customer-driven environment.
- Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business operations, including time management, cost control, and boosting operational efficiency.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Results-Oriented: Motivated to consistently achieve targets and drive business growth.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: A competitive salary based on a 45-hour workweek contract, with the option to pro-rate for 40-hour contracts.
- Location Allowance: An allowance of up to £3,865 for roles within the M25, dependent on location.
