Store Director

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, managing a team of staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and motivate a team of staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Manage store operations, including stock control, inventory management, and cash handling
- Develop and implement strategies to improve sales and customer satisfaction
- Monitor and control costs, including labor costs, inventory costs, and overheads
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Proven experience in a retail management role, preferably with a similar company
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make decisions quickly
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Please note that the salary displayed is based on a 45-hour contract. Aldi also offers 40-hour contracts, and the salary would be pro-rated accordingly. Additionally, if you are applying for a role within the M25, you will receive an allowance of up to £3,865, dependent on location.
