The Role:
  • Experience within the house building sector with a solid understanding of infrastructure aspects of projects.
  • Knowledge of approval processes including S104, S38, and S278.
  • Excellent report writing, communication, and numerical skills required.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, AutoCAD Civils 3D, and Micro Drainage with good working knowledge of SUDs.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive salary, workplace pension, training, medical insurance, and annual bonuses.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver all infrastructure aspects of projects from technical approval to client viewpoint. Provide technical expertise to internal stakeholders and clients. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
