Job Description

This is a permanent, full-time role that requires a motivated individual with strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards (AS/NZS 3000), and construction safety regulations. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Leading and supervising a team of electricians and electrical trade assistants
  2. Assisting in the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical systems, ensuring compliance with design specifications and safety regulations
  3. Collaborating with site management, subcontractors, and other trades for smooth project progress
  4. Conducting inspections and testing to ensure compliance with standards and project specifications
  5. Maintaining accurate records of daily activities and assisting in project handovers
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • An electrical trade qualification with a valid Electrical License
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, standards (AS/NZS 3000), and construction safety regulations
  • Familiarity with quality control processes and safety management systems
