Job Description
Assystem is a leading provider of security services, and we are currently seeking a highly experienced Personnel Security Lead to join our team. As a key member of our security department, you will be responsible for overseeing personnel security and aftercare functions to ensure the protection of our people and assets.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Personnel Security team.
  • Develop and implement effective personnel security controls to safeguard our information, assets, and personnel.
  • Provide advice and guidance on security and vetting matters.
  • Conduct thorough checks and apply ongoing security controls to ensure personnel security risks are effectively managed.
  • Drive our Personnel Security Strategy forward.
  • Provide training and advice across the business.
  • Manage security incidents and ensure follow-ups and lessons learned are shared.
  • Advise on policy changes for personnel security.
  • Manage necessary security audits.
  • Ensure security records are accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in personnel security management.
  • Strong decision-making and prioritisation skills.
  • Must hold or be eligible for security clearance.

Estimated Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 per annum
