Contract Manager

Invictus Group is seeking a highly skilled Contract Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for managing contracts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Contract Management: Manage contracts effectively, meeting customer requirements and expectations within contract boundaries.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct auditing to ensure quality systems, including NICEIC, SHEQ, Compliance, and workmanship inspections, are maintained at a high level.
- Operational Excellence: Continuously improve services provided to customers, ensuring a consistent high level of engineering standards.
- Customer Engagement: Attend regular meetings with customers to discuss contract performance and provide updates.
- Resource Management: Ensure all operatives have necessary resources, materials, tools, and information to perform duties safely and effectively.
- Technical Skills: Minimum of one trade qualification, with emphasis on Mechanical, Electrical, ACOP for Commercial and Domestic Gas, Oftec Oil, and competent fault finding on BMS and Control Systems.
- Business Acumen: Excellent customer interface skills, organized, able to prioritize, and work to deadlines.
- IT Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Excel packages and able to monitor IT systems, paperwork, and contractual/company processes.
