Montblanc Sales Ambassador

Key Responsibilities

As a Sales Ambassador for Montblanc, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our boutique. Your key responsibilities will include:

Boutique Performance

• Achieving sales, profit, and strategic objectives
• Developing sales and profit initiatives to drive business growth
• Regularly reporting on sales and other key performance indicators
• Implementing brand guidelines, including visual merchandising, brand image, customer service standards, and product launch guidelines

Retail Operations

• Managing inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock control
• Maintaining accurate till operations and managing IT systems
• Ensuring adherence to all security policies and procedures
• Reporting and following up on repair and maintenance issues

Client Experience and Development

• Providing impeccable customer service and actively promoting the brand CRM strategy
• Executing planned activities in the boutique and managing relationships with VIP customers
• Assisting the Boutique Manager with customer service and client topics
• Promoting corporate business gift opportunities

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a genuine approach with clients, strong communication skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. You will also need to have previous experience dealing with clients from diverse backgrounds and cultures, as well as the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
