Job Summary
Dental Receptionist required to join our team at Portman Dental Care group. This part-time role involves providing exceptional front-of-house services and supporting the dental team in delivering high-quality patient care.

About You
We are seeking a positive, empathetic, and well-organized individual with proven front-of-house reception experience. Ideally, you will have worked in a dental or healthcare setting, but this is not essential. Strong communication skills and a warm welcoming attitude are key to this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional patient care and support the dental team
- Manage front-desk operations, including answering phones and responding to emails
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Coordinate scheduling and appointment reminders
- Communicate effectively with patients and colleagues
