Dental Team Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Reception Manager & Referrals Coordinator to join our dynamic team at a leading private dental practice in London. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a motivated individual to lead and supervise reception staff, ensuring exceptional patient care and service.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the reception area, supervising staff, and coordinating referrals. You will also provide administrative support to the practice, including data management, reporting, and communication with patients and colleagues.
This is a full-time permanent position working 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Job Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Reception Manager or similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload efficiently.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Salary: £25-£30 per hour (dependent on experience)
