Job Title: Field Service Engineer

Join a leading provider of bespoke materials handling solutions as a Field Service Engineer, responsible for delivering exceptional service and maintenance to customers across the UK and Europe.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Perform routine maintenance and repairs on electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
  2. Carry out service calls on a planned preventative and reactive basis at customer premises.
  3. Conduct Preventive Service Maintenance and repair of customer's site equipment and other manufacturer's products and systems.
  4. Report activities carried out and faults found during service via job sheets.
  5. Train customers and their technicians in the use of and service and maintenance of equipment.
  6. Assist in the installation and commissioning of machines.
Requirements:

We are seeking a highly skilled and multi-talented Field Service Engineer with a solid mechanical background and experience working with Materials Handling Equipment and Automatic process equipment. You will be comfortable working in various locations and varied environments under your own initiative.

A full UK driving licence is essential for the role, as is the flexibility to work additional hours as required to ensure customer satisfaction.
