Milo and the Bull is a rapidly expanding fitness studio group, founded in 2018 and established in 2019. We are committed to delivering a progressive, periodized strength training program in a group setting, with a focus on personalized service and community engagement.
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Reformer Pilates program as the Head of Reformer Pilates. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement the Reformer Pilates class program, oversee the day-to-day operations of our Pilates studios, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the Reformer Pilates class program, ensuring alignment with our brand values and mission.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Pilates studios, including staff management, customer service, and studio maintenance.
- Lead a team of coaches, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities to ensure excellent service delivery.
- Manage membership administration, handle customer inquiries, and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Work closely with our marketing and events team to deliver studio socials and events, promoting our brand and services.
- Collaborate with our property management team to ensure studio maintenance and cleanliness standards are met.
- Report to our COO on all studio matters, providing regular updates and insights to inform business decisions.
- Evaluate and improve the member experience, ensuring our services meet the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage stock inventory of studio products and merchandise, ensuring accurate records and efficient ordering processes.
- 3+ years of experience in a group Reformer Pilates studio environment, with a proven track record of leading a team.
- Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
- Experience in developing people, with a focus on coaching, mentoring, and leadership development.
- Community-focused, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
