Job Title: Head of Reformer Pilates

Milo and the Bull is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our Reformer Pilates program. As the Head of Reformer Pilates, you will be responsible for creating and implementing a comprehensive Reformer Pilates class program, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our Pilates studios, and leading a team of coaches.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a Reformer Pilates class program that aligns with the company's mission and values
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of our Pilates studios, including membership administration, customer service, and studio maintenance
  • Lead a team of coaches, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure excellent customer service and high-quality classes
  • Collaborate with the marketing and events team to deliver studio socials and events
  • Work with the customer experience lead to audit and improve trainer performance
  • Use studio management software to manage the day-to-day business
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a group Reformer Pilates studio environment with a track record of leading a team
  • Excellent written, oral, and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in developing people and creating a positive working culture
  • Community-focused and able to work independently at times using initiative
  • Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Able to motivate and inspire a team to deliver excellent customer service and high-quality classes
