Job Overview

A leading entity within the Business Services industry is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer to join its Procurement & Supply Chain team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the procurement process and demonstrating exceptional strategic sourcing and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop the procurement team, driving strategic sourcing initiatives and ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
  • Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including supplier selection and negotiation, to achieve cost savings and improve supply chain efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development of procurement strategies and objectives, aligning with the company's overall business goals.
  • Monitor and report on supplier performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in procurement, preferably in a senior leadership role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
