Owen Reed Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Commercial Litigation Administrative Assistant to join its top law firm in London.

Role Overview

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to provide administrative support to a team of fee earners across the practice area in our London office. The role will involve providing exceptional admin and secretarial support, including billing, cash collection, and accounts queries.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively assist with billing, cash collection, and accounts queries and liaise with internal support teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
  • Manage large documents, creating versions, amending, proofreading, and creating comparisons to highlight changes, including digital dictation.
  • Book client and internal meetings, video and audio conferences, and coordinate proactive diary management.
  • Create and edit spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, utilizing available technology and showcasing creativity to maximize professional impact.
  • Open and close files, research AML requirements, and draft emails to potential clients on what to provide.
  • Assist with booking travel and accommodation arrangements in line with DACB procedures.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 GCSEs (including English and Maths) or equivalent.
  • Good IT skills, particularly in Microsoft packages, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
  • Prior experience working with a case management system is preferable.
  • A good working knowledge of 3E accounts software.
