Fire Safety Management Specialist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Safety Management Specialist to join our team at Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing professional guidance and support to managers and staff in relation to fire safety management across our estate.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct fire risk assessments and provide recommendations for improvement
- Develop and implement fire safety policies and procedures
- Provide training and education to staff on fire safety awareness and procedures
- Liaise with the Fire and Rescue Service and other statutory authorities
- Monitor and report on fire safety compliance across the estate
About the Role

Person Specification
- Qualified to degree level or equivalent in a relevant field
- Membership of a professional institution such as IFE or BRE
- Health and Safety qualification (IOSH/NEBOSH)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
