Job Title: Head of Learning Support

Job Summary:

Inspired Education Group is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Head of Learning Support to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the planning, delivery, and review of the school's learning support programme.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and implement the learning support programme in conjunction with the Head and Senior Management Team
* Work collaboratively with all members of the teaching staff to ensure the needs of pupils with special educational needs are met
* Build relationships with parents and maintain high standards of communication
* Liaise with colleagues to ensure effective planning and delivery of the learning support programme
* Plan and teach pupils with SEN in the classroom, individually, or in small groups

Requirements:

* Experience in coordinating learning support programmes
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and parents
* IT competence
* Commitment to making a difference to all children of all abilities and talents
