About the Job:
As a Senior Care Assistant at Cinnamon Care, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents. You will work closely with our care team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care.

About the Role:
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assisting residents with their daily activities, such as meal times and outings.
  • Supporting residents with their medication, including administering medication and monitoring side effects.
  • Working closely with the care team to develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents.
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, including listening to their concerns and providing reassurance.
