Role Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Financial Services Administrator to support our team in Thrive Group. The successful candidate will have experience working within financial services, particularly in pensions, investments, or insurance.

Responsibilities:

  • Collate and organize client policy information for Paraplanners and Advisors.
  • Correspond with policy providers on behalf of clients.
  • Submit new business proposals on behalf of clients.
  • Facilitate annual review processes for clients.
  • Process new client information for their first report meeting.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working within financial services, particularly in pensions, investments, or insurance.
  • Ideal background supporting an Independent Financial Advisor (IFA).
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure is essential.
  • A full Financial Planning Certificate and/or Financial Services, Regulation & Ethics RO1 qualification would be beneficial.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
  • A quarterly bonus scheme based on company and individual performance.
  • An excellent benefits package including health cover.
  • A Monday-to-Friday schedule, 37.5 hours per week, 100% office-based.
