Job Description

Thrive Group is seeking a skilled Financial Services Administrator to support their vibrant team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Collating and organising client policy information
  • Corresponding with policy providers on behalf of the client
  • Submitting new business on behalf of the client
  • Facilitating the annual review process for clients
  • Processing new client information in preparation for their first report meeting

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience working within financial services, preferably in pensions, investments, or insurance
  • A background supporting an IFA would be beneficial
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
  • A good range of IT skills

What We Offer:

Thrive Group offers a competitive salary of £25,000 to £30,000 per annum, a quarterly bonus scheme, excellent benefits, and training and support within a successful and expanding firm.
