Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Community Nurse to support NHS trusts across the London area. As a dedicated recruitment consultant, we work with you to provide flexible opportunities that suit your availability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out care plans in collaboration with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Provide skilled nursing care including wound care, medication administration, and symptom management.
  • Coordinate care and liaise with other healthcare professionals and community services.
  • Maintain up-to-date documentation of assessments, care plans, and interventions.
  • Excellent clinical assessment and communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Band 5 or above.
  • Valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • Registered nurse with a current NMC pin.
  • Relevant nursing qualifications.
  • 6 months recent experience working as a Community nurse.
  • Two clinical references covering 3 years of work experience.
  • Valid DBS certificate.
