Key ResponsibilitiesCash Forecasting
  • Develop and maintain accurate global cash flow forecasts to ensure liquidity and meet operational needs.
  • Monitor daily cash positions and optimize to minimize idle cash and maximize returns.
  • Collaborate with business units to refine projections and ensure alignment with company goals.
Cash Management
  • Oversee cash management operations to ensure liquidity and minimize risk.
  • Implement strategies to optimize cash positions and maximize returns on investments.
  • Manage bank relationships to ensure efficient operations and services.
Global Treasury Activities
  • Manage global treasury operations, including investments, debt, and banking structures to ensure optimal liquidity and minimize risk.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to safeguard assets and ensure compliance with international regulations.
  • Design and manage global cash pooling structures for optimal liquidity management and minimize idle cash.
Foreign Exchange (FX) Management
  • Develop and execute FX risk management strategies to mitigate currency fluctuation exposure and minimize risk.
  • Monitor FX markets and guide hedging activities to ensure optimal returns and minimize losses.
  • Integrate FX strategies with broader financial planning to ensure alignment with company goals.
Reporting and Analysis
  • Prepare and present reports on cash flow, treasury activities, and FX positions to senior management.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support strategic decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance and reduce risk.
Compliance and Reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Prepare and review treasury-related reports for senior management and regulatory authorities.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Essentials
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CTP, CFA) preferred.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles, with significant exposure to international operations.
  • Strong knowledge of cash management, liquidity planning, and FX risk management.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing treasury strategies and controls.
  • Experience in global cash pooling and liquidity management.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in treasury management systems and financial software.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic global environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a high-performing team.
