**Role Overview**
The Senior Director, Treasury will play a pivotal role in coordinating and consolidating the company's efforts across their complex global Treasury function. This position will be responsible for empowering the centralized pillars delivering Capital Management, Liquidity Management, Safeguarding Policy, Reconciliations, and Bank Relationship Management.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a lean and high-performing team of 10-15, including a range of seniorities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders across multiple domains.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive efficiency and innovation across the enterprise product portfolio.
- Manage and resolve complex operational Treasury challenges, ensuring financial stability and regulatory compliance.
- Translate low-level technical challenges into high-level, strategic decision-making, considering the impact on wider business goals and deliverables.
- Lead discussions with regulators and auditors, ensuring compliance and risk management.
**Requirements**
- Experience in Payments, FinTech, or broader Financial Services, with expertise working in highly-regulated environments, ideally with scale across multiple geographies.
- Strong leadership skills, particularly managing experienced managers.
- Proven experience working and resolving issues with a varied set of stakeholders, including Board Directors, Sales leaders, Product Managers, Legal Counsel, and Finance colleagues.
