Assembly and Installation Coordinator

Your new role at Hays Business Support will see you joining a company that values teamwork and collaboration. As an Assembly and Installation Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the A&I department, reporting to the Assembly and Installation Manager based at our Urenco Capenhurst site.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining, updating and issuing all documents and ensuring that records are kept in accordance with procedures.
• Managing asset inventory to ensure equipment is correctly identified and maintained.
• Supporting contractors with onboarding, security and training.
• Managing visitor's requests, documentation and visit planning.
• Supporting coordination of travel, leave and meetings for the A&I department.
• Managing planning and coordination of training.
• Supporting management of document control.
• Managing SAP Purchase Requisitions.
• Managing SAP time bookings.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Good secondary education to at least GCSE/ A Level standard.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Flexible, reliable with a 'can do' approach.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
