Your new company
A global leader in enrichment technology and innovative energy solutions, my client is looking for an individual who can provide comprehensive administrative support to the A&I department, reporting to the Assembly and Installation Manager based at their Urenco Capenhurst site.

Your new role
You will be joining a company that will make you a team member within a group of enthusiastic and motivated individuals, who share goals and take pride in their work, achieving great results.
Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining, updating and issuing all documents and ensuring that records are kept in accordance with procedures.
Manage asset inventory to ensure equipment is correctly identified and maintained.
Support contractors with onboarding, security and training.
Manage visitor's requests, documentation and visit planning.
Support coordination of travel, leave and meetings for the A&I department.
Manage planning and coordination of training.
Support management of document control.
Manage SAP Purchase Requisitions.
Manage SAP time bookings.
What you'll need to succeed
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred. However, if you have experience within administration and the below, we invite you to still apply

Good secondary education to at least GCSE/ A Level standard.
Excellent attention to detail.
Flexible, reliable with a 'can do' approach.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills necessary for working in a team environment.
DV security clearance is required in order to undertake the role.
