About This Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team at CV-Library and lead the implementation of Agile methodologies across our organisation.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of implementing Agile techniques in medium to large organisations and will be responsible for facilitating Agile development practices and ensuring the effective implementation of the Scrum framework within our teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitating Scrum Events: Lead daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Providing leadership for building Agile and Product Management skills for the enterprise.
  • Assessing current processes and recommending improvements to adopt Agile best practices.
  • Working closely with the Product Owner and development team onshore and offshore to manage the product backlog and ensure the team understands the requirements.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure DevOps and the software development lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of Agile metric and reporting methods e.g. burndown, team velocity, backlog etc.
  • A deep understanding of how product-based agile teams operate.
  • Thorough understanding of Agile software development methodologies, values, and procedures.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM) is highly desirable.
  • 5 – 8 years' experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role.
  • Experience working with development teams and managing projects in an Agile environment.
  • Proven record of implementing Agile techniques in medium to large organisations.
  • Exposure to Microsoft suite of enterprise applications, including Dynamics catalogue of products.
  • Hands-on experience of Microsoft Azure DevOps.
