  • Support the development of students' social and emotional skills, promoting positive relationships and behavior.
  • Contribute to the maintenance of a safe and inclusive learning environment, adhering to health and safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
Requirements
  • Previous experience working with young people, preferably in an academic setting.
  • GCSE level (or equivalent) in literacy and numeracy.
  • Commitment to personal learning and development, with a passion for sharing our long-term aims and drive for continuous improvement.
