A Career as an Apprentice Chef

As an Apprentice Chef at Hydes, you will be an integral part of our kitchen brigade, supporting us in delivering excellent food standards. Reliable, friendly, and with a positive can-do attitude, you will be someone who jumps in to help out to ensure customer service is never compromised. You will have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working to high standards.

What to Expect

You will be working full-time hours from 30-48 per week, including evenings and weekends with flexible shifts. Our chefs are responsible for preparing and creating fantastic dishes, and you may have previous experience as a kitchen porter or catering assistant but full training will be provided.
